Choose your entrance fee option

Westminster Manor has some of the most affordable entrance fees in Austin. Residents can choose from two options that meet both their personal needs and their financial situation.

The Return of Capital Plan™ offers a 90% refundable entrance fee to be refunded to the resident or to the resident's estate.

The Standard Plan requires a lower capital investment and allows for a portion of the entrance fee to be refunded, depending on the length of residency should the residency agreement be voluntarily terminated within 50 months of occupancy. Other conditions may also apply in this plan.
